Return Policy

In the rare event there is a defect with your item, please inform us within 5 days of receiving it and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue either with repair, replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs) at our discretion.

Please note that because every piece is handmade to order after custom colors and sizes are selected (crystals are drilled, precious metals, chains and materials are cut to specific lengths), your jewelry cannot be returned due to any change of mind or wrong size selections.
 
Every effort is made to accurately photograph and describe stone characteristics and specify all measurements and dimensions, so please ensure you read the listing descriptions and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out prior to purchase.

Repairs required after 30 days may be subject to our repair service fee.

Any changes required once your piece has been delivered are possible as we do offer a resize/rework service.
 
The return policy does not cover damage to Indigo Lizard products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear, and/or failure to follow the product’s care instructions.
 
Naturally occurring irregularities in the Gemstones (including but not limited to: inclusions, asymmetry or mineral deposits) are not eligible for return as each stone is nature made one of a kind, thus adding to its charm and personality.

We work quickly to create and deliver your new crystal treasures asap, with pieces often being made and shipped on the same day, so unfortunately, order cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges cannot be accommodated due to the custom-made nature of our items.
