Are your crystals real?
Yes! We only use 100% natural untreated crystals and gemstones in store.


Can I choose my own crystal?
There are some designs available where the exact stone photographed is the piece you are buying; however, most designs show a sample of the design and due to the high volume of orders and time restraints we cannot allow specific stone selections but if you have a preference e.g. lighter, darker, smaller etc. we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

When will I receive my order?
Order processing is currently only 1-3 days with most orders going out the very next day. USPS estimated arrival dates appear on the listing based on your location, but typically orders placed in the US arrive within 3-5 business days (longer during holiday periods).

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all of our pieces arrive in a gender-neutral gift box with ribbon.

I am buying a gift; can I ship to them directly?
Yes, simply enter their address at checkout and your special gift will be mailed directly to your loved one.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately, returns/exchanges are not available for wrong size selections as the crystals have been drilled and materials and chains have been cut to specific lengths.
In an effort to help you select the right size, all measurements are listed as well as detailed photos and measure and fit guides are available to you.
There is a resizing/rework service available that includes the cost of returning your item to you.

Help! my favorite piece broke, can you fix it?
Absolutely! These things happen and we now offer services for repairs. Simply reach out to us and we can talk you through your repair.
